Consultation request form
When you request a consultation on our Call Us page, we collect your name, email address, and a description of your project, plus anything you choose to add: your organization, phone number, preferred way to be contacted, and good times for a call. We also record the date of your request and your IP address, which help us detect and block spam and abuse.
We use this information only to respond to your request and discuss your project with you.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it to reply to you.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own, and it does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
Embedded content from other websites
Our videos are hosted by Vimeo and embedded on our pages. When you view a page with a video, your browser connects to Vimeo, which receives your IP address and basic browser information. We ask Vimeo not to track viewers (“do not track” mode), but Vimeo may still use cookies needed to play the video, as described in its privacy policy.
Our fonts are provided by Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
The Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) icons are plain links. Those services receive nothing from this website unless you click them.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information about each visit, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
Who we share your data with
Consultation requests are sent to our team by email. Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which processes it on our behalf under its privacy policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
How long we retain your data
We keep consultation requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
What rights you have over your data
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at info@wdfilms.com and we’ll respond promptly. This does not include information we are required to keep for legal or security purposes.
How we protect your data
Consultation requests go only to our staff’s email, protected by our Google Workspace account security. This website does not store form submissions, and it has no user accounts or databases.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
